Personal Coaching + monthly training regimens:

Long Term Coaching (3 month minimum commitment) $115 per month

  • A 31 day, personalized training program sent every 28 days

  • Race suggestions (if interested in racing)

  • Nutrition and injury prevention tips

  • Weekly check-ins via text, phone call, email, or Skype - I encourage frequent communication. The more I hear from you, the better coach can I can be to you! I communicate via text or email with many of my athletes every day. Others, prefer just checking-in once a week over the phone.

A la Carte Services:

*Each of the following are completely separate from the $115 coaching service offered above.  For example, you might not need a training plan every month, or a coach with whom you check in at the end of every week—all you need is a 10 or 20-week program to prepare you for an upcoming race.  This is a good option for those interested in that route.
