  1. Email me at caitlin@fearlessfeetrunning.com and tell me a little bit about yourself, why you’re interested, and fire away with any questions you may have! I want prospective athletes to feel 100% confident in our partnership! I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

  2. Next, I will send you a form with simple questions about your current activity and fitness levels. Your answers will allow me to create a thorough and tailored program after we evaluate your goals. We can also set up a free 30 minute phone consultation at this time.

  3. After I review your athlete questionnaire and have a better understanding of your life schedule, I will put together a free sample week for you. This sample would serve as a trial run, and would allow you to get a feel for the 'flow' of a typical week of training. I believe that running should enhance your life; not become a burden or chore, which is why I listen and work with you to create a plan that fits seamlessly into your already busy schedule.

  4. If you enjoyed the sample week and would like to work together, I will send you a few documents to review and sign and then I will get to work on your plan!
