My mission is to provide runners of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities with a detailed training program that is tailored to the individual and his/her personal goals.  Whether you’re a first timer who is just learning the ropes, if you’re someone who just wants to maintain a level of fitness outside of your busy life, or if you’re an avid runner who needs a little extra push to reach your full potential, I will take into account your unique situation to create the best program for you.  I hope to see my clients improve over time, have fun, and ultimately succeed at reaching their personal and athletic goals.
